Here's how it works...
We begin by organizing photo day. The goal is to put in place our efficient system so that everything happens smoothly and easily with no disturbance to the school's activities. On the day, each student comes in one-by-one, holding a piece of paper with their name, grade and room number; this allows us to identify who is who. After the shoot, the teachers hand out the order forms to each student and the photos are uploaded to our client portal 7 to 10 days later for them to choose which images they want to order.  Two to three weeks later, the photos are sent out, and the teachers then distribute them to their students respectively.
